I couldn't believe there were no carb counts for any of the recipes. Most of them looked low carb but one had 1/2 cup strawberry jam. I know I could get out my carb counter and figure it out but every low carb combo I've owned has that information.
As a "low carber" breakfast is my most challenging meal. I very often get tired and frustrated with the regular eggs and bacon daily menu. This book offered a variety of ideas for me to change up my mundane and usual breakfast meals. I recommend it to all diabetics and people who are trying to get the carbs out of their way of eating.
