A lot of helpful information packed into this book. I found a lot of good stuff in here that I can apply to my life. Covered a lot of very difficult situations for introverts and gave tips on how to navigate through those situations.

At some point we are all introvert. Some of us are happier than others spending time alone ...doing things or analysing things that are important to us.
