Quin, a billionaire is obsessed with Emma, a Chef and in an attempt to control her, he buys the property she's leased for her resturant. While he's in the process of selling it off to the highest bidder, she meets with him in a last attempt to beg him to honor her lease and thus, save her resturant. It's just the opportunity he's been waiting for, planning for. Boldly, he doesn't mince words. If she'd become his exclusive escourt, he'll renew her lease. What he's offering is straight out prostutition. Emma falters at first but his a sick brother and needs money for his medical bills. She convinces herself she can handle Quin and agrees to his proposition.
This is not a love story but hot, raw, sex, even to the introduction of S&M.style sex. This book is an outrage to women everywhere. Instead of Emma bringing Quinn up to her standards, she sinks to his. The language is nasty and the sex scenes, disgusting. It's actually written porn. Sadly, the author can't seem to find any sort of balance whereby actual human emotion guides the story. It's just sex, sex, and more sex without committment. I have a hard time believing the author is a woman.
