If this book hadn't been recommended to me, I'd have missed it. I'm not currently in a leadership role, though I have been, and am not a woman. But, as I found, this book is relevant to me and everyone else. Diana makes it clear that we are all leaders in some way, even if only to our children, and I could relate to so much of this book. The book is short and succinct, but it is not a fast read - there is so much that I read that made me stop, think, and pray.
There are lessons and scripture references to support them.
Diana is obviously a leader and a woman who loves God, and I found the book contagious in its exhortation and encouragement, and I felt uplifted by it.
The other point I'd like to make is that this is an organizational and project management handbook for ministries and almost any other project involving a team.
I strongly recommend this book and its author.
