I've lost 42 pounds following Jena's advice and doing Yoga. Yes, it may feel counterintuitive, however if you TRULY follow what she says word for word, not only will you lose weight, you'll LOVE your body. Truly.
I've struggled with weight loss my entire life, worked out obsessively, controlled EVERYthing I've put in my mouth and was miserable. In 2015, I threw away my scale once and for all...and just started connecting with my body, listening to her about what to eat and doing movement that I loved. In my opinion, NO one will know more about your body and it's needs than your body. However, we've been so brainwashed to listen to everyone but ourselves. When I recently went to the doctor, I was shocked to find out that I've lost 42 pounds without dieting, without denying myself a cupcake OR a glass of wine and most importantly, being in PEACE in my body for the first time in my life since I was 11 years old.
Jena, asks you to listen to yourself. She asks you to REALLY connect to yourself and love all of who you are in ADDITION to movement, eating well and taking care of yourself and it works. I am proof. I've told all my girlfriends about this book because they are ALL asking me what did I do?
