I gave this book 3 stars, but took me almost a month to write a review. That being said I'm re-reading it & I've gotten to the part where Trevor picks her up from the bonfire, & then it's given to us that after T ditched her when he thought she was a virgin that anytime they ran across eachother & she was with another guy T would always have some S on him, but would always make a scene even going so far as to send the S he was gona do that night over to break them up! I was left wondering why the f our author would have them end up together?! Why has the Until serial consistantly gotten worse?! I hate guys that have consistant double standards of goose & gander crap! Our author feeds right into it & has our herione looking like a real ditz whose completely gullible! A guys looks shouldn't get him whatever he wants but I see the beautiful people syndrome is still alive & well even in our books we read! Makes me wonder if I'm even goin to bother purchasing the rest of this serial on the Mayson men! I'm finding I really don't like the portrayl of stupid is as stupid does!
It's been a good day today :) I got to read 2 great books (both of this series)
Trevor is Asher's brother, we met him in the last book. All brothers tend to have this "harem" and they are all playboys.
We also met Liz in the last book.
As much as I like first encounters, I'm really happy that I didn't have to go through their past. That would have taken probably half the book. The book started off where the last book ended (no it wasn't a cliffhanger).
After Trevor supposedly though Liz was a virgin he decided to back off because he thought she was too pure. Liz who in fact was not a virgin TRIED to get over Trevor. After the misunderstanding was cleared up, Trevor started his mission of wooing Liz.
I don't really have complaints about this book. Liz was able to handle all the harem bitches very well, and even if Liz was portrayed as a very shy pushover, she can really do some damage. I like very much that she has a backbone, that she does not get taken advantage of. and the fact that she does not jump to conclusions.
As mentioned before I love how Ms. Aurora picks off the another book into the future, rather than the past. Cause Cash and Lily had a crappy past, thanks to the skankbag.
I am realllllyyyyyy looking forward to their story. I was not expecting "that" and I'm glad with what she did there. I can tell Jules would be a problem cause she just likes to get on Cash's nerves. oh god are there really people like this in real life?? I hope not.
anyways CAN'T WAIT for the next installment, and enjoyed this books a lot!!! Oh and I'm so happy to find out what Asher's and November kids name's are. July, June, and May. just 2 more to go. I was really curious.
Oh Trevor is a bada** just like Asher, "you're telling me Liz is in there stripping?" I ask through clenched teeth, think of her in there. On stage. Half-naked. With men looking at her. Now I'm seeing red." He's a jealous type, "who the eff have you been with since we were together?" he asks. I can see his face turning red." He's cocky, "we're going to do a lot more than kiss, baby," he says smirking." He really doesn't like the though of other men with his woman, "stop effing saying that you've had sex," he growls, his hands sliding down his face. "Jesus, I don't want to effing talk or hear about that s***." Leave it to Liz to state the obvious in some situations, "I have no idea. You're the one who has the pen**, and the one who likes to boss everyone around all the time; I'm sure you can figure it out." I really did love Trevor and Liz. I can't wait for the next book in the series.
First and foremost, I did not read "Until November". While I understand that most characters are referenced in the first book, some sort of "reminder" and description of the characters would have been helpeful. The story itself feels unfinished and missing the much needed transitions between the scenes. This story has a lot of potential and the makings of a great series. Just needs a bit more finesse.
My wife bought these due to loving the series. She reads them so fast and can hardly wait for the next one. She also donated said book to our local library so that others in the community could enjoy them too.
I just got Until Trevor and finished it in one go! I thoroughly enjoyed this one as much as I enjoyed Until November. Same camaraderie, same humour, same loving, same alphaness as the 1st book so what's not to appreciate?
On a recommendation from someone I picked up Until November. I wasnt able to put that book down. Then I got this book. I took this book with me everywhere just so I could read it. i am in LOVE with these alpha males. Great second book and now I cant wait until the next one.
