5.0 out of 5 starsAn interesting and thought-provoking book!

This book is fully loaded with essential information and wonderful ideas and is encouragingly interesting, and certainly thought-provoking. I will surely practice, develop and apply the principles written in this book. Now I know that emotional intelligence is the subset of social intelligence that involves the ability to monitor one's own and others' feelings and emotions, to discriminate among them and use this information to guide one's thinking and actions. And yes! I certainly believe and agree that EI is more important than IQ. And it is a characteristic that one can develop with time and practice. Thumbs up to the author!
