This is a review for both of the Voodoo books, b/c they're very similar in style. Both are a tad too long but weave an engrossing story w/a lot of fun weird characters which make you suspect everyone in town.
There's the H & h w/an usual connection & contrary to other reviewers, there is some MINOR heat which can easily be skipped over if offensive but does add the right amount of spice to the story. The ending was absolutely perfect w/a curve ball I never saw coming.
If you're looking for a light mystery w/lots of humor & a h who always seems to be in the center of trouble w/just a dash of heat.... you'll truly enjoy this story.
