This second book continues the dull discussions about useful prepper products. There is no "savage awakening." The book should be a manual. It includes several pages on the Crank a Watt electrical generator, complete with photos and the characters discussing multiple uses for it. Like the first book, it ends with pages of products and where to buy them.
This book is also full of annoying editing errors that pull me out of the story while I try to figure out the real words he was trying to write.
This is the first book by Mr. Foster that I have read and I must say it was a very good read. Simple and straightforward and chock full of tips and tricks to make it work. I like that he doesn't get too complicated or into the violence and horror like a lot of the "Doomsday" type books. He just lays it out like you're doing it and makes it very accessible to his readers. I will definitely be checking out his other books too!
