I loved this book by Krystal Kuehn who, in my estimation, is such an encouragement. Her book rings with excitement on reasons we need and should express gratitude. She states "Gratitude opens our hearts to receive the good things in life with joy."
What started out as a gratitude journal expanded today as a book filled with encouraging quotes from others and themes upon which can instill joy if we would but meditate on them. I became increasingly more thankful the more I read because the book teaches you to change your mindset and be grateful for the things often taken for granted. Her advice "Make it a habit to list at least three things we are thankful for at the end of the day" is something I will adopt. Author Kuehn writes also on the issues we face often- failing to forgive and love ourselves, and thinking about life's disappointments and losses.
I know you will enjoy this book, along with some of her other books out. She has web sites for you to explore as well as welcomes feedback and comments with the addresses she provides.
