I first came across Kezia Noble's work by chance around 2013.

Unlike the dating advice provided by the Yanks, Kezia's work is very much tailored for the UK lifestyle and this book is quite an enjoyable read if you feel you need to brush up on your attraction techniques.

I am not particularly a huge fan of Kezia Noble herself as she comes across as vain and arrogant in her videos and media interviews.

Her London based bootcamps and master classes are expensive affairs and off limits to those of us earning modest incomes.

That said, this book does not break the bank and Kezia shares her wisdom with a style that is easy to understand and is straight to the point.

This book has stack of information and yet it only scratches the top of the surface on the information that you need to learn to master Your social Skills towards women.

I really enjoyed this book and pointed out many things that made me go aha.. It also encourages you to dwelve deeper into the information that is taught in the book, learn more about it.

Kezia also gives you homework which is awesome and very challenging... I find Kezia to be very encouraging also, she states don't expect to get many yes's straight away infact she states that you may get many no's and also encouraged you not to implement the whole book right away but instead master your stage, get to know more about women and to be strong with you are and be confident to show it.

Kezia also dispels the great myth that you have to be filthy rich to get women.. Which is also is encouraging.. I love also how. Kezia really sticks it into your face by saying you have to take 100% responsibility and take action.

I have been known to be 'awkward' in social situations, and this is massively down to approach anxiety. I tend to find that making new friends and relationships is incredibly difficult, much harder that it is to keep them, because when I have become comfortable around someone I get on with them amazingly.

This book has challenged the way that I think, and the way I go about communicating with people... I have so much more confidence after reading this book, because I now know how to speak to people, because, lets face it, when people tell me "just be yourself", that is no help what so ever... do you think I haven't thought about that? being yourself has nothing to do with approach anxiety at all. You can certainly be yourself, and this book helps you understand that being yourself, and showing people who you really are is great! its just about how effectively you can get who you are across to people.

After using the techniques in this book, I have received a lot more respect from people, and I have a lot more respect for myself.

I definitely suggest you choose to buy this book if you want to experience the life changing effects that I have, because sometimes all you need is something as small as a book to change your perception, and your quality of life.

I have followed her on Youtube and she has an excellent channel. If you dig deep enough and pay attention, you can get a lot of info that is helpful. It is unlikely anyone will need to remember all of the information provided but it is a great aid to finding your weaknesses. I feel this is better for daters than pick up artists (PUA) but still great value and a fraction of the cost of her latest book.
