5.0 out of 5 starsSimple Yet Practical

Think "Tao Te Ching" meets "The Secret": how to both pursue your dreams, yet also allow them to unfold naturally by "going with the Divine Flow". The concept just works for me. Loved it. -- Matthew Barnes, author of "The Emerald Tablet 101".
Periodically I go to this book. It was kind of interesting, I prayed hard hoping I was in the will of God, hoping I am living the right way. I got conformation while praying my pathway was correct. I was looking for my daughter and granddaughter at the hospital, my daughter could not see me in the parking lot. A passerby just parking his car walking by told me he did not mean to listen to our conversation, but since my daughter could not see me would point me out to my daughter and send her my way. So being in the right place at the right time is Guidance of the Divine. Needless to say I am making sure I do a self check to stay in Divine Flow. Life is so much better that way.
5.0 out of 5 starsSome Outstanding Impressions from the Book

This is a deeply spiritual book written with understated simplicity and clarity. Some of the major points in this book that distinguished it for me from similar books are the following: 1.) Steven's emphasis that God is ceaselessly directing us toward our highest good and it is our failure to listen and heed the Divine Guidance that is the cause of most of our unhappiness. 2.) No matter how bad (or good) our present situation is, the Divine Flow is always directing us to the next step that will lead us to fulfill the desires of our heart. 3.) The main purpose of our spirit/soul for incarnating is to experience this earthly existence; therefore, the journey/process of manifesting is every bit as or more important than the destination/goal. 4.) The key importance of being open and receptive, including the role of unconditional love and gratitude, the recognition that you may not know what is best for you, and the willingness to set aside your planned or visualized destination for the direction that Divine Guidance is leading you. I believe the viewpoints expressed in this little book offer a far greater promise of achieving happiness and fulfillment than most of the other books on self-improvement, positive thinking, and attracting abundance.
Very easy to read book that blew my mind the first time. Which is funny because when I reread it, it seemed like everything should just have been common sense. Wish this had been required reading in high school. Lol

The ideas and philosophy presented in this book can make life's journey easier and more rewarding. I intend to read it again to reinforce the ideas I liked and pick up a few that I very likely missed during my first reading.

What a lovely, gentle book that guides the searching individual back to the inner light of the spirit and to divine flow. I found it very helpful and kind. Its truth is its simplicity - and the overriding message that God is looking after us and is always helping us.
