The book is in excellent condition and it came when it was said it was going to. It is a good combination of information and humor. It doesn't just get into the movies or just the comics but a combination of all them. If you like to read about philosophers picking apart your favorite movie and/or tv show this is the book for you.
I wish I would have found and bought this book sooner...it puts a whole new understanding to different philosophical ideas, it would have been helpful had I bought it at the beginning of last quarter when I was taking an Intro to Philosophy class...but it is still a good read :)
This book is based primarily on the comics and seems to center solely around Hawkeye, and not the one we know from the movies. This book has such potential and is squandered on the same concept over and over again. The editor needed to do a better job bringing different ideas in. Instead, you just get the same examples and ideas. This isn't worth reading.
I am a huge avengers fanatic and this book let me delve just little deeper. It helped me think about all the characters and twists that an avengers reader like I take for granted. I am an incurable hawkeye and i loved and agreed with everything in that chapter. Avengers assemble.
