Short of copying another readers review, I couldn't put down this last book in the series. I've read this particular trilogy twice and still find new details I missed before. Nora always writes with passion, with heart, with thrills and downright terrifying stories and this one was not exception. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

However, I was very sad to have it end. But I am so glad that Cain finally found the happiness he deserved.

Thank you Nora....can't wait for the next trilogy to come out.

5.0 out of 5 stars This rates a 10 in my book.

I've read this series more than 6 times and each time I come away debating if after 50 years of reading this is one of my favorites of all of Nora's books and of the handful I can say is one of my all time favorites. Very few can bring me to tears and such joy all within the same stories. The theme (with adjustments) seem to be repeating in her newest series but doesn't have the heart this one does. Good versus evil is a theme throughout most every book I choose to read. But the love story of this series, beats all of her others. Don't get me wrong, I love her JD Robb books, but the ending of this series proves love can survive all and makes me wish that there really was that kind of magic in the world, or worlds.

5.0 out of 5 stars The Valley wasn’t very Silent 😬

Since it was known that Cian and Moira were going to be coupled, I had been on pins and needles wondering how they were going to have their happily ever after. I was not disappointed. I loved seeing Moira’s growth through the other books, it was wonderful. And Cian, the lovable vampire even though he tries not to be, you gotta love him. My only problem was that my kids wouldn’t leave me alone so I could read the last battle and all that in one sitting, lol. I couldn’t be happier with the way this whole trilogy ended!

5.0 out of 5 stars My Go-to for a story that has EVERYTHING!!!

I loved this trilogy from the first read, one of my first purchases on Kindle and paperback, almost 10 years ago, and my continued 'go-to' for a great read. Filled with adventure, mystery, love and victory...it's no wonder, after hundreds of reads, I love it even more today...yes, in my eyes, it's hard for others to measure up! The trilogy has it all!!! Nora really makes you see and feel through this trilogy, the bonds formed between our heros really touch your heart...the pain and heartache felt so intensely. One of the best trilogies I've ever read in this genre. Nora really pulled a lot from me with my limited imagination, so I'd love to see it on the big screen, watching the story unfold with time differences, characters, places ... would be amazing to see. It's that good and would make an awesome movie. Thank you Nora, 10 years ago you helped restored my love for reading and this trilogy renews that love every time!

Highly recommend both written and audio versions.

The conclusion of the task the Goddess Morrigan charged the circle of six to complete. It is suspensful and through the twists and turns, surprises abound. Make sure you have time to join these six as it is difficult to put down.

The narration from Dick Hill was excellent throughout. The voices consistent and added tremendously to the story.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good series.

I really liked this entire trilogy. I have just been "introduced" to Nora Roberts' books by a friend who loaned me a different novel. After reading it, I looked into more of her books and came upon this trilogy (and promptly bought all 3 books). It was a good, quick read that was well written but not overly in-depth. I typically enjoy fantasy books, like George RR Martin, Tolkein, Robert Jordan, etc. So this was a bit simpler, to be honest, but a nice read to relax after a day of work or errands.

The entire three book series was impossible not to read!
It pulls you into each segment, you literally do not hear people talking to you!
I enjoyed each and every story, each and every catastrophe, each and every success!
The finale is one for the ages!
Nora Roberts has written some of the best books you never forget! ❤️❤️
Patiently waiting for more!

3.0 out of 5 stars Entertaining but a bit predictable

As always, Nora Roberts writes an entertaining trilogy of love stories with a different twist of time and focus, but quite predictable in final outcome. They are still a good read and a break from more serious fare in this time of national upheaval. I recommend this trilogy to anyone seeking an escape to a world of danger, intense friendships, magic, vampires, and good triumphing over evil.

I love this author and I have very nearly read all the books not just in this series but all series written.

She is an excellent author, I love the story lines, and I love that everything is in 3's I love a series of books and with a triology you have that without having to many books to read to finish off a series.

Perfect thing to take away with you and read by the pool!

I loved this book so much, everything coming to the end as it's the 3rd book in the series...I loved all the characters but have to admit I have a soft spot for Cian, how could he and Moira possibly be together. Never fear, Nora has a plan and it's a good one!!!

Another excellent book from Norah Roberts. The last and possibly the best in this brilliantly written fantasy/romance trilogy, so full of action and detail that it was difficult to put it down.

Nora Roberts does it again. I like her trilogys and also the quadologys she rights because u get invested in the story and the characters and don't want it to end. A glorious tale of love, magic, battles, death and life. A brilliant read. Try it for yourself.
