5.0 out of 5 starsGrow Old Along With Me

This book caught my eye because of a phrase my mother often recited because her mother (my grandmother) had recited it to her on occasion. I found the book to be full of interesting stories and poems that really touched my heart and my mother has enjoyed reading from it and having me read from it to her. I have found the poems to be particularly touching - a glimpse of what I have to look forward to!

I hated this book. I thought it would be pleasant and uplifting poems/stories about growing old and instead the poems/stories were so depressing that I felt crushing despair. I would never recommend this book to anyone of any age.
