Michael per usual weaves a suspenseful story involving characters in South Africa. I think he is successful in bringing out the history of apartheid and how it brought out the bad and the good in individuals. One suggestion is to let the reader know when switching from one scene to another by making the first letter of the new paragraph bolder to indicate change of scene.
The book held my interest from beginning to end. His books are always teach me about something I know very little about but want to learn more about. I have read the marketmaker,final venture, on the edge and see no evil and I like the way all four books shared some of the same characters.
