This is the results you are looking for. It's hard to eat 6 times a day. I only ate 5. I lost 35 pounds in the 12 week program. I am 5' 11. Was 180 which isn't bad but after program was 144 and could actually do a men's push up. A pull up as well. Please give this program a try. You can do it!!!! After two weeks if you miss a workout you'll miss it. You feel so much better when you do it! My suggestion is to do it first thing in the morning before anything else!!! This is a very handy book! But, one of the best reasons to buy this is for the story (on page 17-18) of someone who used this at age 89! She had a broken hip and was in a wheel chair - and managed to get out of that wheel chair by these exercises - helped by her daughter!!! This is truly an inspirational story! I wish I had known about this earlier! I just talked to a relative who sounded so despondent after caring for her mother for years - she felt it was wasted time - but this is a much better option!!! Better way to go!!
Good info, if you actually do it. I got results in my 40's using it. But the diet has to be followed closely. If you go off it, you will regain weight. But it will get you on the right track exercise wise definitely. Stick with it!
The information was spot on! Did not like the way it was broken up into years of life because I concentrated on my age group but had to go back and read through. This gave me the attitude that it did not apply now- but it did. Hard to refer to tables in Ereader format - recommend hardback.
Learned nothing new, almost a repeat of the original author’s book by Bill Phillips Body for Life. She does give good advice, us ladies MUST keep working out as we age - no brainer. The Human Race must workout to keep our amazing machine (our body) healthy. I was hoping for a more in-depth reason as to why our (women’s) bowels seem to be sluggish around the menstrual cycle. And why some women gain 5-10lbs. during menstruation and what can be done to alleviate the symptoms. Nothing here.
