This book continues the theme of the author's previous book, Radical Forgiveness. In fact, I found it easier to understand and apply the teachings of the latter book far more readily after finishing this one. These concepts fly in the face of common sense reasoning on first blush, but adoption of the new paradigm begins to make more sense after working with the concepts.
I strongly suggest reading Radical Forgiveness first as I don’t this book makes much sense without the background. Also there are a ton of references to it and some important lingo. That being said Radical Forgiveness (which is not at all about Forgiveness) is a life changing book. I have purchased at least a dozen to lend to friends and patients and never got them back. Must read. Must.
The condition of this book and prompt delivery were quite satisfactory. I thoroughly enjoyed the concept of what was written. It remains to be seen as to how it works. Good for contemplating this theory
