MUST READ!! I am a professional business coach for 18+ years. I love modeling from those that have paved the way in Real Estate. This is one of those books! The author did an incredible work in finding what inspired these Titans, their traits, and their habits in a fun way. Read the book, apply the habits to yourself, and take massive action is my advice...
5.0 out of 5 starsA trip into the brain of seven succesful real estate players.

This is a concise, well organized and straight to the point briefing of succesful real estate stories. Erez interviewed dome of the world's most succesful real estate players and distilled their strategies in a very comprehensive manner. Very recommended for the beginner and the expert alike.
This book is packed with vague sanctimonious non-sense about how "being a good person" will lead to real estate deals. There is very little by way of specific information in this book. There is no technical or otherwise analytic information or framework. If you want to read some short, disingenuous stories about developers, then sure.... this is the book for you.
I read about a couple hundred non-fiction books a year and this is one of the few with actual substance. I find that popular nonfiction books don't actually advance knowledge and are nothing more than and largely fluff. Some actually have at least a few pages of nuggets spread across a book's worth of repetition. And a rare few actually are dense with material worthy of a reader's time. This is one of those books.
The value of Real Estate Titans is even more apparent given the subject matter of investing and speculation, where so many other books on the subject of real estate are not only lacking in helpful information, their 'advice' is downright irresponsible and reckless for many interested in the game.
Erez illuminates investment philosophies of exemplars through engaging storytelling that is an abrupt counterpunch to the popular drivel of 'no money down', 'OPM' and '100% (or more) debt financing'. Many books on real estate are the industry equivalent of the amateur 'day trader' promise of getting-rich-quick, and Mr. Cohen is one of the few professionals to open the curtain on the repeatable mindsets and strategies of sophisticated players who have built financially sustainable and scalable operations.
It will be my go-to holiday gift especially for my industry friends.

In this book Erez Cohen is able to capture takeaway from the real estate titans’ vibrant energy sharing their success, mistakes, strong mindset and lifestyle. He inspires and invites the reader to apply the key takeaways from the Titans into their own business with dynamic questions in a very personal way. This book is a must read for everyone who is looking to take a next step disregard their industry and is open to learn and model success from these master Titans in business and real fulfillment in life. Definitely a must read with unique mentorship and wise knowledge through others experiences. I personally enjoyed the reading and even order another one as a great gift!
I have read this book in under 24 hours. Once I started it was hard to stop. The stories are well written, the lessons rightly compiled into a list of coherent points that make you think and introspect on your own businesses. The glossary was definitely a great idea as there were terms I was not familiar with (I am no real estate titan!) which made the book the more enjoyable. Erez has pinpointed the true mindset of entrepreneurship, hustle, life psychology and success. I am glad to be one of the early readers, and I am glad I took the time to read this piece of art. If you like businesses (not just real estate) this book is definitely a great tool to dive deep into the mind of greatness. If you are into real estate, there's no question you must read it!
This book is for two audiences: industry insiders and those unaware of the people responsible for constructing the most relevant real estate developments in the world. For the first group, Erez facilitates a conversation that reveals their process, what moves them, and the deals that have marked their careers. For the rest of us, we learn how remarkable individuals overcame a potpourri of adverse encounters (not unlike our own lives) to become who they are today. Hope the rest of you enjoy the book and its lessons as much as I did.

I bought this when it first came out. If you liked tools of titans by Tim Ferris, then you’ll love this book. It’s a collection of insights, thoughts and best practices from the best in the business. Worth a read even if you’re not in the real estate business and just want to immerse your self into the mindset of winners.
I was eager to read this book as soon as I got it, but once I started reading it, I chose to take my time to enjoy it and to meditate on its lessons. It is much more than I expected. Erez Cohen compiles the stories of 11 Titans, based on their evident success, and I would dare to say, based as well on their generosity to share their insights. And that is an admirable feat, because not everyone is willing to do so, at least not so candidly. The author not only offered a forum to spread their word around, but questioned them in a structured and consistent fashion, to show us what truly moves them, and how they see the world. He also distilled in 7 key lessons the commonalities of those conversations, adding an irreplaceable personal touch to this endeavor. I love this book because it is not just about real estate, it is about amazing human beings, with a larger mission, who are committed to put back into the world even more than they have been able to attain. And they are amazing because their learned to overcome challenges, to see opportunities, to act on their beliefs, and to keep striving with ethical behavior, which are traits anyone can imitate and learn from. As I career-changer myself, it is inspiring to learn the whys and hows of these titans, as it sheds a different light on my own path and motivations. Thank you, Erez, for this extraordinary effort, and for giving back as well (as a Real Estate Titan) from your own experience. I love your book!

I waited for months for this book to get published! It was even better than I expected...read it in less than 2 days and already gave a copy as a gift to a friend. His writing style and quality reminded me of books from authors like Dalio, Grant, Gladwell and Newport.
This is by far one of the best book I have read on Real Estate finance, the way Erez explores de lives of these Titans is amazing...differs totally from traditional books aimed at teaching finance and mathematical concepts applied to RE. In my opinion only a few people in the world are able to contact and gain insight from such great developers & investors; the pragmatism in this book helps to easily understand how Real Estate works in real life...how the titans approach leverage, entrepreneurship, risk management, hard work, success and life goals.
Congrats to Erez, he becomes a Titan himself by creating a masterpiece that I am sure will be a guide to developers, fund managers, investors, brokers, architects and almost anyone either wishing to start in the industry or seasoned players.

Me gusto, creo que lo más importante independientemente de en qué lugar están desarrollando el negocios por lo general todos coinciden en tres cosas Paciencia, aprender de los errores y mantenerte en lo que sabes hacer¡
This is an excellent book for anyone with questions about how real estate titans get started and build empires. I tried it on Audible at first but I found it too dense for listening -- I wanted to read it in print and have it as a tangible reference.
