4.0 out of 5 starsEnlightening

It is so sad to read that our men and women who have sacrificed their lives for our country have come home to deal with PTSD. it is all so real and the stories that Lindsay McKenna tells in her books are wonderful. Don't let one of her books go by. This book and all her others are worth the price.
5.0 out of 5 starsThe conclusion to Dan and Sloan’s story

The conclusion to Dan and Sloan’s story is well-written, ties up a lot of threads, and gives credence to the cause of Dan’s PTSD. What makes it so intriguing is the cause stems from something other than his military service and is a unique twist that Ms. McKenna has devised. As with all the stories in this series, it has a happy ending and concludes their story nicely.
