Portia Macintosh went from being my favorite romance author to now just being someone I read. Her books used to be fiery and laugh out loud fun.
Now they read like something my mother would enjoy. I think she’s maturing out of the fire that attracted me in the first place.
This isn’t a bad book, it’s well written and often clever.
It’s full of love, but not much passion.
I’ll pass it on to my mom. I’m sure she’ll enjoy it.
