5.0 out of 5 stars Delightful, relevant, shapeshifting

I didn't have any expectations when I opened 'Let Forgiveness Set You Free' except that it would be full of the juicy learnings I experience through Meredith's meditation groups, discussions, and blogs. I was delighted and overwhelmed when I started to turn the pages, everything was just so perfect in so many ways. Easily digestible and concisely delivered adding so much value and ease with which to read. A book rich in suggestions and concepts. So relevant and practical. A handy toolbox to profoundly shape me, and you, to be our best self.

I had no idea I had been stampeding through life with little conscious awareness, until I met Meredith. Over time she has encouraged me to step into my truth, (basically to ask myself why I say what I say and do what I do) to explore, be curious and above all, be kind. I consider Meredith to be one of my life's architects.

If you are curious, and have some idea, or no idea what I'm talking about, pick this book up and keep it within reach, on your bedside table or your coffee table. Just delightful.

5.0 out of 5 stars A workbook packed full of goodness and reflections

I loved the workbook style. The book is not lengthy, but the exercises make it packed full of ways to get you to reflect on your values and gain a much deeper emotional and rational understanding of how forgiving can benefit you and those around you. The author cites research as well.

This book has definitely given me some relief in times of upset towards others as well as myself. It's a good one to revisit in tough times, too.
