5.0 out of 5 stars I think this story will surprise you, it did for me!!!

I read this book, and thank goodness I like the author's style of writing. I didn't really think this would sit well with me, but after a few pages, it became a good gripping story, a fun read and very creative. Something I really didn't expect at first, so I can say I was very glad I took the time to indulge myself. I think most people would find this an interesting story, worthy of the time spent curled up with a warm blanket, and a cup of cocoa. I think some gifted authors can take on any genre and make you enjoy it, just because of their creative style, and this is one of them.

An abduction of a young magical child, and a Scotland Yard investigator brought onboard to solve the case gives the reader and the investigator an introduction into the world of magical creatures hidden amongst the mundane. This is an excellent read from the start, and i am looking forward to more mysteries in this series.

A wonderful combination of thriller, mystery and fantasy. The characters are strong, and smart. I have greatly enjoyed everything written by Torsten Weitze.
