I loved loved loved the 2 first books and was anxiously awaiting the third, but..
*spoilers ahead*
A big, huge, part of the first two books is Alex' show of love for his little brother and how much he wants to have custody of him after everything they've been through. Ben is the same age as Silver's brother Max, and I couldn't wait for the two of them to get to know each other better and become friends.. I had such high expectations for this book, after all the S**T Silver and Alex went through in the other two, this book should've been a wrap up and finding answers to all the questions posted in the first two books, and imagine my surprise when right at the beginning the author kills Ben in a car accident! Yeah, I was pretty much done after that.

The music scene at the diner... SWOON... the song choices, the beauty of that scene, that moments, the way the author brought that to life for me as a reader was amazing.

Possibly one of the best books I’ve read by this author. It could be because of how invested I am in the characters, the appearance of some other characters I love or the passion and pain this story contained and the emotions it evoked, who knows, but I LOVED it! Enjoy!

I feel as if I've waited a lifetime for the conclusion to Silver and Alex's story, but the wait was most definitely worth it. When I say I feel as if I've waited a lifetime, it wasn't because of the delays in publication or anything, it was simply that this story feels like a once in a lifetime; perfect ending to a wonderful series.

So many authors just fall into a "I've got to shock the readers or just give them what they want" way of writing, but Callie Hart managed to avoid that rut. You will not regret one clicking every single book in this trilogy because each one is better than the one before; and the first was perfect too! I have to say this is not what I expected after all the excitement from books 1&2. The anguish and pain that Alex was feeling was so intense I could almost feel it coming off the pages. I was crying so hard.It was heartbreaking. The cemetery scene with Silver and Alex near the end was so touching. I just can't understand why the Author wouldn't have had Alex's character try to get some of Ben's belongings from Jackie's house. I can just imagine the pain he was feeling. The ending was shocking. When the truth comes out about Det. Lowell I was like WTF?! I was sitting with my mouth hanging open smh. Just wow! The showdown in the gymnasium had me like YES!!! I really wish there would have been less inner monologue from Alex and Silver and have been more about their life after they leave for college at the end. I'm psyched to see if there will be a book 4. The tease at the end with Silver's father and you know who. Lol. Then I got the feeling we haven't heard the last from Alex's father Giacomo. And then there's Zander. Lol! Oh Zander! His character absolutely cracked me up! I loved him. I have alot of unanswered questions. Please let there be a book 4. And I have to say as always the sex between Alex and Silver is beyond HOT! HOLY MOTHER OF HOTNESS! I thought my Kindle was gonna catch on fire. I highly recommend this series to everyone!

What a fabulous conclusion to this series!
There's still so much going on. Plots and sub-plots and even though you know Callie Hart will throw a few spanners in the works, it's always really exciting when she does!
I absolutely loved Alex and Silver. They made me feel their passion. The emotions were so perfectly described that I totally felt them.
But Cameron, Silver's father, he was an absolute revelation in this book! We really got to see his character. And his relationship with Alex. Brilliant. I'd love to see him get a spin-off story.
This trio of books has been an absolutely brilliant read!
