This was overall a reasonably factual account of the events surrounding the terrible circumstances discussed in this book. I worked at Ruby Memorial Hospital with Jimmy Michaels, and briefly with Michelle (Angus at the time) and knew many of the people involved. Jimmy was a great teddy bear of a guy who was excellent at his job, but was obviously a bad judge of character. Michelle (Angus) Michaels was not particularly well liked at the hospital from day one, and the book delves into her controlling and narcissistic personality with accuracy. It was hard to read about her stoic and ambivalent reactions toward his death and the overwhelming grief she caused his family. A little choppy and as others stated - numerous grammatical errors (odd).
But concise with a background about the victim and perpetrator which helps follow their complicated blended families.
