What an awesome book. It changed my life!. 2 weeks ago I was in the hospital for almost a week due to severe lung issues. Today I am headed to Europe for a 13 day cruise. No what ifs or of onlys. Today I am living in the present and making today the gift I desire. Following my values and not letting worry, anxiety, or fear run my life. Today I am driving my bus and creating the life that is truly mine.

Purchased the 52 ways to support my clients who come to me eager for anxiety relief. They love this little book and the simple, accessible practices. I also use the 52 ways and have incorporated many of the practices into my own anxiety self-care. This is one of those books you keep with you and read over and over. It’s a must have, must read for anxiety relief.

Used this for anxiety. Found the exercises generally not helpful but annoying. Good that book addressed anxiety with validation and was gentle in its regard. At least I realized I was not alone. I myself use cognitive behavioral therapy which is much more healing than anything in the book. I find meditation difficult and annoying, which the authors emphasized as useful.,
"Anxiety Happens" is a must read for anyone suffering from anxiety or that works in a profession working with people with anxiety. I am so excited about this easy-to-read comprehensive little book. I would love to own a box full of copies of this little book and give them out to friends, colleagues, patients and all the people I know or ever meet that struggle with anxiety. I cannot say enough about this little gem except that I highly recommend it and invite you to read it and change your world.
I honestly wish I could give this one star. Everything in here, you can find by googling anxiety tips or help. Please don’t waste your money, if you’re dead keen and can’t be persuaded otherwise, find it at the library.
This is a fantastic read for anyone, as the title suggests 'Anxiety happens'. The two authors manage to express the content in a very accessible and caring way, it's not high brow or over intellectualised. It's very practical, with exercises that won't soak up volumes of time. Buying this book may well be the best investment you ever make. It's full of pearls of wisdom for all who wish to pursue a happy and contented life!
Absolutely love this book. Full of helpful techniques to help combat anxiety and is written so everything is easy to understand. I’ve been practising it for just over 2 weeks now and already feel much more relaxed. It’s a good size too so easy to take with you on the go.
Effective self-help book giving 52 pieces of advice in order to achieve peace of mind. Most of the advice comes with exercises which are very helpful to work through. I am pleased with my purchase and would buy again.
