The enemy will deceive Christians by claiming to be god and by doing signs and wonders like a god.
"The antichrist will also be a great persecu‑ tor of the Jews. Daniel 9:27 tells us that the tribulation period will begin when the antichrist makes a covenant with the Jewish people. He will then break this covenant midway through the tribulation, at which point he will take “his seat in the temple of God, proclaim‑ ing himself to be God” (2 Thessalonians 2:4)."
The devil has wanted to destroy the Jewish people from the beginning of their existence until now.
"He incited Esau to attempt to kill his brother, Jacob, who would father the twelve tribes of Israel…He incited Pharaoh to murder all the Jewish baby boys in Egypt. Had either Jacob or Moses not survived, the nation of Israel would never have existed…"
The enemy also tried to destroy 6 million Jews during the Holocaust and after Israel became a state by the Arab nations.
Believers will be attacked in the Tribulation by being overcome with depression, anxiety and doubt. They will need to be clothed in the full armor of God, ask immediate forgiveness of their sins, and be obedient to God's call in order to overcome the darts of the enemy.

The spiritual warfare of Ephesians 6: 10-18 is so important: The belt of truth, the readiness of feet, the breastplate of righteousness, the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God. This is how Christians participate in spiritual warfare.

Some of the most important points in this book are: There is a spiritual war raging around us, there is an enemy force, and the biggest targets are those attempting to repent and lead others to repentance of their sins.

This is an interesting read from Ron Rhodes on the tactics of the enemy (Satan). It is definitely something that would help Christians grow in faith and learn about spiritual warfare.
