I felt this was long and drawn out, it felt as if I were reading the same thing over and over. I felt it could have been cut down or maybe even lengthened, however with the right wording and style. Also the double wording and miss spelled got to me a bit. The book is great, however our laws here in the States are a bit different than in England where this took place. I almost felt that after the mess that took place, they could have maybe waited a bit longer to write, finding more information on the subject or finding out what was in legal terms wrong with their dad. I don't buy that it is just a man thing, a fundamentalist thing. I wish I could believe that, however I know better. I finally finished it and felt sorry for the mother who was very ill, and the sister who died in the act. Nobody deserves to die because of one person. I was just sorry that they couldn't have found a Psychiatrist for him, someone to help him or at least tell them to leave. They will have anger for a long time, and a bit of that come out in the book also. I believe that there is help for anyone and it just takes the right way of doing it to get them there. This man obviously could have been just as well a woman, both do these killings at least here in America.

This book has some very important things to say, unfortunately those important things got lost in too many words.August 3, 2018

I'm a word nerd and I love big words but I sincerely wish the authors would rewrite this book to be more simple and straight forward. The topic is tremendously important and they have great insights to share but I couldn't finish it. I kept getting bored and scanned ahead. That shouldn't happen with such an important story. And their story, with it's sadly unacknowledged perspective, needs to be shared if we want to live in a better world.
