Essential. Thanks to all who made this book possible based on Osho's talks and teachings. This book is a very neat experience and a simple way to incorporate awareness in everyday activity.

OSHO is well known for years as an excellent guru, you don't need my opinion for his books or courses. If people are so ignorant and need somebody else to indicate them the right material to study.....I doubt they will open a book to learn .

I have the Osho Zen oracle cards and love them so when this title popped up in Audible, I quickly grabbed it. thank heavens for Audibles return policy. Possibly the lamest book ever put together on meditation. I say 'put together' because Osho didn't write this book (I googled after attempting to listen to this garbage and found that he died in 1990), it is a narrator with a snippet of Osho giving a lecture in the middle, followed by sorry excuses for guided meditations. As noted, Osho died in 1990 so you can imagine what the sound quality is. This, IMHO, is simply a money grab. Don't waste yours.
Thanks to the publisher for an ARC to read and give my honest opinion.
There is nothing quite like an Osho reading experience as he takes us on a 21 day journey in meditation. So many quotes and scriptures in this book just speak to you. It’s just unbelievable how the book tugs on your psyche and heart strings. I like how this book can really be for anyone. Meditation is a step in mindfulness as they feed each other.
What did I like? The mindfulness part of meditation will always be my favorite since it seems like no one communicates well any more. We spend so much time on our phones trying to not make eye contact hurrying to our next place. Book centers on a lot of things that should garner our attention like how not to judge others.
Would I buy this book? This guy has been coined the most dangerous man since Jesus... his books, his writings, just make sense. Yes, I have bought and will continue to buy.
I am in the process of reading the book. It is easy to digest and you may not relate with many meditation techniques but you will definitely like some of them and they will absolutely blow your mind. What I like about Osho books is that they are easy to read and use simple language and sentence structures. This one is easy on the brain too.
