Interesting book. Wanted to give it a shot since it was on discount.
Glorified pamphlet to sell other works (refers you to other Osho books). Seems like a money grab.
Book is 210 pages, it is setup to be roughly 30-40 percent ‘blank’ based on the chapter headers, note blank pages, etc. Not a lot of real content.
What is given is a daily exercise (as noted in the product description), but the exercise is pretty superficial.
It re-states the same thing in every lesson, and then refers to further works to buy.
Wouldn’t but again, pretty superficial, and not useful (figured it was a cheap book on meditation so why not). The goals of the book are not meditation; it’s goal is to make sales. Every day Osho tells you to love yourself and refers you to more books.
Very close to other meditation books; but the motivation is different. Book is literally 30-40 percent blank, 30-40 percent sales, and 20-40 percent telling how awesome you are and to take deep breaths. Sales and ego boost, low on practice. I’ll get my $7 back from learning sales technique, but that’s about it.
