Fun and sexy
I haven't listened to anything by Hannah Wilde in a while now. This was included in the Audible Escape program, so I thought I would give it a shot. It's an absolute hoot. Hannah Wilde both wrote and narrated this wacky tale of the first generation of sex robots. The protagonist, a recent graduate with a degree in Mechanical Engineering, is having trouble finding a job. She sees an ad for her exact specialty, at a salary of $4000 per week. She's hired and is thrilled until she finds out exactly what the job is. Much consensual hilarity follows. Listening to the enthusiasm in the narration, I think that the author was really into this story. There is a HEA, or at least a highly remunerative ending. I enjoyed the short listen.

Couldn't get past narrator.
You can here her gasping for breath. Reads very fast and doesn't emote the characters well.
