Virtual voice is computer-generated narration for audiobooks.
The Vatch are a superior race of beings that don't have much in common with humans, in that they are made up of pure energy. Colm is one such entity and is tasked with opening up a rift in their universe to access another. This is something they do in order to expand into the multiverse but there is a catch. Their rifts generally attach themselves to livable worlds within the multiverse, however, if they cannot find an energy source on the other side of the rift they are stuck there with little to no hope that anyone of their own kind will save them. They are not completely lost however, because they also have another trait and that trait is the ability to take over any corporeal body they come across and control it. Colm is about to cross over to Earth and so begins her adventure in another universe.

**Authors Note: I've added a free story to this one, called "A Longing Memory." It was a story I couldn't seem to develop, which sometimes happens. Anyway, what I did write is worth reading so enjoy.
