I read a lot of audible books. I like 90% of them. This "book" is truly awful. Content: Simplistic, misleading, sexist, and loaded with tropes and mindless generalizations. No mindfulness shines from the pages of this book. By his words and language and recommendations, the "author" reflects and shares his poor understandings of Hinduism and Buddhism, and very poor grasp of and virtually no knowledge of the mechanics of yoga and massage. The yoga and massage sections are truly worthless, bordering on potentially harmful. Narration: The virtual voice on this book is horrible. In so many passages the voice sounds pandering on the edge of being creepy. If this virtual voice were a person, I would not open the door to talk to him and I would demand that he leave immediately. Conclusion: Unless you are sixteen years old and a virgin, you will not learn any from reading this book, You will not gain any insights into Buddhist Tantra or good yoga or good massage or good sex. I recommend that you use your time reading good books about each of these difficult and interesting subjects or taking your partner to dinner and talking.
