This book was so good! It is the sixth book in the Masters of the Savoy series and, in my opinion, one of the best. The time flew by and I am sorry it was not longer. Holden is cursed to be a gargoyle by day and a partial gargoyle by night, although he looked mostly human. He did not turn to stone until sunlight. Holden was cursed because of his behavior approximately 700 years ago. He connects with Mazie as soon as he sees her. I love how this story played out. I didn't know who the killer was so it made me suspicious of just about everyone. We have characters from previous books like Saoirse and Spence. Mazie was a highly intelligent but tough young woman who doesn't find out that Holden was not fully human until well into the book. I wanted the book to continue after the end to find out if Saoirse was able to fully reverse the spell/curse on Holden. As always, JT Farrell was outstanding, especially how he was able to switch accents. I received this audiobook from Audiobooks Unleashed at my request and have voluntarily left this review.

I think I love this series more with every book! Holden & Maisie are the newest couple that didn’t know they were made for each other.
Holden lost half of his life every morning when he turned to stone. He spent his days watching over cities until sunset when he was reborn as a man. He thought this would be his r sister e for eternity until he met Maisie.
Maisie was the sweet, curvy little sister that collects coats at her sister’s parties. Nondescript but full of intelligence she thought she was the plain Jane that would always come up short. Not good enough for Scotland Yard, but good enough for the Savoy Hotel. Her sharp brain kept the patrons of the hotel safe, and she loved that. Now that she saw Holden she hoped she would catch his eye . He couldn’t believe how gorgeous she was. Now he just had to make her understand she was deserving.
I’m a huge Delta fan and JT Farrell fan. I can’t wait for another audiobook to come out!!

When the narration started, I was not sure how much I would enjoy this audiobook. At first the narrator sounded like an old man, and not anyone's strong virile Alpha Dom. As I continued to listen, the narration got much much better, and I ended up being fully engaged in the story.

This was an unexpected pleasure that was over much too soon. Holden and Maisie fit so well together. I really liked both of their characters.

I appreciated Maisie's initial reaction to both of Holden's secrets. They were closer to being realistic. I suppose because she wasn't as closely involved with the original group at the Savoy. This book was kind of bittersweet as I knew it was the end of the series.

This book was written by delta a amazing Authors with great imaginations!
love it this book is so hot it will burn your panties off and Fun to listen to, lots of exciting action, and steam Make sure there is a fire extinguisher nearby while reading this smokin' hot read this was positively delightful.

This was narrated by JT Farrell
his voice is smooth smokey JT brought the story to life i loved these characters.
