Publisher's summary

My female matches two Vetusians: me, and the warrior she just killed.

Fate is unpredictable. One moment I lose my destined female. The very next, I walk in on the kill of the other male who intended to claim her. For the Empire, the punishment for murder is death; her execution inevitable.

Until I steal Katie and her daughter away to Odheim. A planet where all the ugliness of the universe comes together, including the darkest memories of my past.

I’m a sgu’dal, an ex-addict.

The shame of the healer stratum.

But unsuitable, I am not, and now is the time for me to prove it. I will protect Katie and Grace from the grim reaches of injustice, even if it means I have to redefine the meaning of fate.

Matched is the second book in this interconnected romance series, taking us beyond the borders of Garrison Earth. If you enjoy resilient women, devoted aliens, fated mates, and hard-earned happily ever after’s with no cliffhangers, you’ll love Garrison Earth.

Author Note: The entire Garrison Earth series touches on subjects such as captivity, drug abuse, forced prostitution, loss of loved ones, human trafficking, rough handling, and violence. Any listener uncomfortable with the harsh realities of an alien invasion should please consider before purchase.

Matched

I found this a very enjoyable storyline. I had myself pausing a lot to drag out the book a little longer. I am enjoying this series and recommend others to read it too.

Great Book 2

This book had a different spin when compared to other books in this genre. It was quite interesting and intriguing. Covered a myriad of issues. The narrator did a good job with characters, although the addition of a male narrator would be good for a more deep and rich sounding male character. On to book 3.

loving these books

I finished two of these in 3 days I am absolutely in love on this take of fated mates and intergalactic politics. if your looking for basic sci Fi fluff this isn't for you, but if your looking for full worlds, cultural clashes and societal corruption these books are amazing!

You Can Feel the Tension

A very good sequel, but also very different. I enjoyed it. The action started right away. There was fear, longing, love, ups and downs. This book grabbed onto me, made my adrenaline levels rise, and didn't let go until the very end. A roller coaster fueled by crime, intrigue, and shady characters, as well as new romances, the bonds of family, and the loyalty of friends. I'm looking forward to book three.

Welllll

I was reading this true Amazon as well as listening thru Audible. I actually really liked this book. But the narrator was bad. Really bad. I enjoyed it so much more while reading it myself.
