I have been listening to this series since the day the first book launched. Though I loved all of them, this one is my favorite!
I love how the coin is used in this book & what a great and spicy "meet cute"

- a twist on Fae law that mingled amazingly with Elliot’s previously established shifter lore

Chris Chambers's narration is always five stars. His commitment to every growl, sob, and hitch of breath elevates the book. I hope Elliot and Chris continue to be a package deal.

Chris Chambers reading Eliot Grayson is my favorite thing to listen to, and this book does not disappoint. Loved seeing (and hearing) Declan and Blake again - what a treat! I wonder if we'll ever see Dimitri and Brook in another book... Anyway, another excellent audiobook from Chris and Eliot! This was an instabuy when I got the email that pre-orders were open.

This was so good! Loved seeing the cameos from Blake & Declan. Such an interesting story! Tiger shifter x Fae is new combo for me and I absolutely loved it just like with the rest of Eliot’s books! Give it a listen!

I’d already read the ebook a month or so ago, so when I found out the audiobook was coming out this month I was ecstatic. Chris Chambers did an amazing job once again, as he’s done in previous Mismatched Mates books by Eliot Grayson. Even though this isn’t officially a part of that series, it ties well into the universe, and the Declan and Blake cameos are perfect! This book (originally read and not listened to) led me to read quite a few of the other books from the Fortune Favors the Fae series, which has also led me to some other wonderful authors. It was definitely interesting to hear a story by Eliot from the dominant Alpha mate’s prospective, instead of the submissive mate’s. Although this story has a happy ending, it’d definitely be cool to get a few lines from Raven’s perspective in the future as well.
