Not as pregnant as the first one but still good

This one does less with the pregnancy than the first one, but it is still part of the story and the woman's belly is kept in mind as the story advances. It's short, sweet, and hot, with lots of great sex imagery, and it sounds delicious coming out of the reader's mouth.
