I'm thinking the wrong narrator was chosen for this book. Don't get me wrong, it isn't a washout, it just seems, to me, that the narrator took away from this particular item. The story seems to be pretty much a repeat of other titles of this nature. in any event it kept me listening to the end so I s'pose all is well!

Love the story. As always, loved Andre. The only problem I had was the narrator, his French accent sound more like a Spanish accent to me.

Oh my gawd!!! This narrator just does it for me!!! He has THE most perfecto voice EVER!!! I absolutely loved listening to this book with Mr. Scarlato as the narrator. The tone is always so clear and distinct. The characters’ voices are easily defined as he gives them each their own sound and fluctuation. Accents are spot on and the emotion is so real! I can’t rave enough on how much I enjoyed listening to this audio!


This is my second Nikki Sex book (the first being the completed Abuse series) and the author just blows me away with her insights and knowledge of the human mind and body regarding not just sexuality but emotions as well. There is a lot of sex but it’s not for voyeuristic pleasure. Each scene gives you a deeper look into what these characters are struggling with and the process through which they travel to find healing on the other end.

Karma is a well-developed and beautifully written story. I wasn’t sure if I could love them more than I did those in Abuse. Oh, but I did! I loved them just as much and I was so happy at the resolution of this story when the “villain” gets justice served. Maybe a little too perfect justice but I soaked it up and cheered for this hero and heroine as they were vindicated.

This was an amazing read and I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t mind some BDSM (I’m not a fan but holy geez was it ok here!) and lots of sexuality. I would even go so far as to suggest if you struggle with issues of intimacy you might find some tidbits of advice here. Just sayin’, Ms. Sex has sex down pat!

Wow, what an incredible book! So enjoyable and sexy.

Such a great idea that was woven into this story to give us such an amazing and wonderful book. This book is so worthy of a reread and then another reread.

The narrator's portrayal of these characters is amazing. A brilliant job of voicing the characters.

Let’s start with the good, I loved the concept of this book. I also enjoyed the last half a lot. I hated the narrator, and this may make me a little biased against the book. I also thought the author explained a little too much in the book, there is being descriptive and then there is treating the reader as an idiot. I received this book for free in exchange for an honest review. Overall I did end up enjoying the book, but if the aforementioned things were corrected it could have been an easy love instead of a like.

Marcie financially supported her narcissistic self absorbed husband Trent, so that he could become an orthodontist only to get traded in for a newer model.
She was good enough to build his career, but not the 🏆 he wanted on his arm for appearances.
Now she's raising her 7 year old daughter (basically alone) living in a small apartment with 2 other roommates and a broke down car struggling to make ends meet.
One night while bartending at a casino an opportunity to better her situation arises.
Marcie is offered a job by Andre, who's basically a dominant sexual surrogate.
Andre has a retreat for couples who need help with intimacy problems.
Marcie had no idea what kind of couples counselor he really was when she accepted the job.
This eventually makes for an interesting work day 😄
Mike is Aundre's security guy.
It's his job to check out Marcie's background and go over the job description.
Mike's a sweet, lovable widower who thinks he'll never find love again.
Then Marcie's adorable personality and good moral values win him over.
Mike starts to fall fast and hard.
But.. is Marcie's attraction to Mike enough to make her open a ❤ she has closed to keep from getting hurt again?
This book has all the giddy feelings a good romance should.
Plus, really hot sexy scenes while Mike tries to curb Marcie's insecurity's and show her how much fun being with an attentive man can be.
This is my first Nikki Sex book.
I like her writing style, so I will definitely keep this author in mind for future book's.
The BDSM is light like female worship senario's.
I personally like book's where the men are more concerned with giving the woman pleasure than getting theirs and thinking we should be 👌 with it.
Roberto Scarlato did a good job portraying the various character voices.
I especially liked the french accent for Andre.
The way he switches from each character is with a nice easy flow.
I was given this book by the author in exchange for my honest review.
Reviewing this credit worthy listen was quite enjoyable!!

Best Karma Story Ever!!

This is a wonderful story of a young woman finally finding love after a horrible first marriage. Everyone needs a Mike in their life.

I read this because of Robert Scalarto. I Love his voice!

With that out of the way, this was a true fairytale. From start to finish, it made me feel good and happy that justice was served. Karma, of all kinds, comes back to bite you. It's up to you to decide if you want that bite hard and unbearably painful or a yearning craving for more. This wasn't all sex either. I liked her style of writing. Sure, there was sex eventually, but that wasn't all there was. This book made me think "Where is my knight in shinning armor" which is something I haven't thought about in a while.

This was a good introduction from me with the author. I am very interested to see what will happen with Andrè's story. Definitely want more from that character!
