The narration was okay, but the males needed a masculine voice and sounded way to feminine.

The story line was somewhat lacking although that is to be expected most times with erotica. However, with erotica you expect explicit details during the naughty bits and this novel was also lacking in that arena.

Over all the book is okay, but nowhere near one of my favorite reads.

Would I listen to it again: yes
Did the story keep me engaged: yes
Was I invested in the characters: yes
Was there anything that didn't work for me? I have lots of questions and would like to see this developed into a full length novel. It has great potential, but there just wasn't enough information and back story.

Trinity Blacio is an unknown author to me, and to be honest, it was the cover art that got my attention. I'd only read the publishers summary and not any of the reviews so I went into this with no expectations and I was totally surprised. I really enjoyed this book. I've learnt not to expect much character development or background on stories that run less than about 5 hours, so there isn't a lot of depth and if you don't analyse the story any further than the surface, its pure fantasy and I found it entertaining (which is all i'm really looking for in a story of this length). Would I like to know more about Frank and his guys - of course I would, do I question some of Whitney's actions - yes I do , but in the grand scheme of things does it matter? not at all - Frankentstein's submissive was a new spin on an old classic, I enjoyed it and I look forward to more from this series.

Narrator comment: Michelle Jones has done a reasonable job narrating this book. I had no problem distinguishing characters or feeling the emotions of the story.

enjoyed it.

This book brings listeners a new twist on the Frankenstein story. It is full of magic and creatures of the night. There is action and sexual tension right from the start. A fast-paced story that brings you into a new world full of sex and action. I would have liked a bit more character development on Frank’s men as they are important characters but don’t seem to have their own times to shine. Narrator Michelle Jones does a good hob of keeping the story flowing and the listener engaged.
