The book was pretty predictable. The character sometimes unbelievable in her naivete. Otherwise it's a decent listen.

The narrator has a nice soothing but crisp voice.

This is a story of a may/december marriage where the husband is rich and controlling and the younger wife wants more freedom and more sex, and a baby. While coming aware of her husbands manipulation, she imagines an affair with a stranger. Then she meets him. It was messy and interesting but I didn't finish it. .

This book is a must read, the sexual content was tremendous with a combination of sexuality and love to its full extent. The storyline kept me captivated and the characters came to life. I'm a new fan- keep writing Kayla!

This is the first book that I've read by Kayla Perrin and it's great. Some may think this book is too explicit, however I think Ms. Perrin was being real with her scenes. Hats off too you Kayla, you defiantly have a new fan.

OK overall I liked this story, good character development and interesting story line, It just seems like the ending was so rushed, and I hate when the main character does something so completely stupid and unnecessarily puts her life in jeopardy. I'm always concerned when I download a book with black characters that they're going to make the dialect so obvious and I hate that! Luckily this narrator doesn't make that mistake and that makes me very happy.

It's a decent story with a good narrator.
