This was only the 2nd RH I’ve listened to and my 1st by Piper Stone.

The story premise was great, the writing wonderful, and her imagination of the aliens anatomy was off the chart, like nothing I’ve listened to in this genre before.

But the RECORDING…..ARRRRGGGGG!!! Couldn’t get past chapter 7.

There was this background sound like a large fan blowing.
Then the narrator read the story with inflections in the wrong place or none at all, making it kind of dry and boring sounding.

Plus, during what should have been very hot, steamy, “adult scenes” his reading wasn’t any different, no excitement, just really dry. The very LAST thing you want in those situations, especially when your partner(s) have more than the “usual equipment”.

DNF - and I really wanted to 😩

This is different from what Piper usually write, but it was wonderful! It makes me want to find one of these men. It was so believable!
Ken did a good job narrating it. He brought it to life.

I devoured this one Wow this was hot intriguing and out of this world it was An edgy, dark, scorching romance that is filled to the brim with intense heat, a fascinating plot that is both decadent and breathtaking, and characters that are amazing.

Ken did a wonderful job Narrating this beautiful story ❤ 5 stars

Not usually into sci-fi romances but I loved this! Piper always does a great job pulling you in and keeping you till the end! And Ken always is awesome! Love them both! Can't wait for book 2!
I did request this free audiobook and am giving an honest review voluntarily!!
I love Piper! This is a must listen!
