I really loved this book. I fell in love with Connor and feel for him and his struggle from the get go. I’ll admit Bailey drove me bonkers sometimes with her second guessing and wishywashy ways... but the play between the two of them more than made up for me wanting to smack her upside the head. The smexy scenes were HOT and played perfectly into the plot. Overall I would absolutely recommend this book.

Plot driven dirty wonderfulness

This book was originally released as a five part serial, but this is all 5 together not just part one, so you WILL get the whole story in this one book.

I am at a loss as to what to say about this book, never read anything like this. On the one hand it wasn't one if those suspend reality and just go with the sex scenes, because it had an actual plot....but it did also have some nice hot scenes. There was contrived drama for the sake of continuing the story, and a few parts where I was like HUH!?!? But it tried to follow its decent plot.

Bailey Sinclair is the groundskeeper granddaughter, she has been doing his job because he has Alzheimer's disease and doesn't want to let the owners know because she needs the money for his care. Conner Edge buys the property, although it appears to have been his families before, and anyway he's drawn to bailey. He suffers from a condition similar to multiple personality disorder and the two Conners both want her. One is a socially acceptable business man, the other is for all intents and purposes a Dom. The story follows them all through a maze of do both men (same man) want her, does she want both of them, can they all figure out how to transverse this tricky relationship where she is sleeping with 2 different men that are the same person?

It wasn't a bad story, but it was kind if confusing and disjointed, probably because it was originally 5 stories. The smex scenes were good, the mind games were good, but definitely hard to keep up with who remembers what and who was blacked out during that time. Narration was excellent, male voices were decent, and overall the story was fine and even gripping, but now that I'm done with it I could have done without this book. So, good for sale, not credit or sale worthy in my opinion.

The story is interesting, the guy is very complex, and the female has a good amount of life restrictions to make her a sympathetic character. The plot kept getting intriguing, the love scenes are very well placed, but the female lead starts to get flaky by about 1/3 of the way into the book. She starts to doubt herself, makes ridiculous (and rash) decisions, then spins about face and claims she should make decisions in her life because she makes great choices. And then that same cycle repeats about three more times. The thing that kept me reading was the complexity from the male lead, including dealing with the female lead’s terminal bouts of self-esteem issues.

Caught Up In You: Edgeplay: The complete Series is a complicated story it has a good plot a storyline If never come across before I liked that but I wish the female lead was stronger. Has some sexy hot scences A good story just a little to complicated.

I felt it was way too long. I felt it keenly whenever the story repeated the same push pull between the MCs.

The narrator also lent a very unlikable tone to the heroine’s voice that killed any warm feeling for her.

As for the story, it contains BDSM scenes. Spanking, rape fantasy, child abuse, child rape and the Hero has a split personality that somehow made me feel like I was reading a really messed up love triangle. The fact that the h loved Dom Connor more than Mr Edge (keep in mind this is the guy) felt so wrong!

For the right audience, this book could have been good. I would have appreciated a warning regarding the rape fantasy stuff. It wasn’t for me. At. All.
