Michael Robbins is nothing short of amazing as narrator for this work. He handled Richmond, Vaughn, and Lilly with great aplomb. I would hope the author has him do the remaining five books! His occasional sound effects add considerably to the background of the story. Like a roller coaster, this story starts with a slow steady realistic climb to the top until the plunge begins with every twist and turn. You know where the ride will end, but the fascinating path is well written. This book is this author's finest work. What makes this story so captivating is the real life possibilities. Two worlds are in collision and we only see and hear the husband's PoV. As the reader and listener we can fill in many of the pieces of this dark story. I strongly recommend this book.
