I found an envelope in the mail. No return address. My name on the front, my address. Inside was a check, made out to me, in the amount of 10 thousand dollars. Enough to pay the bills and leave me some left over to live on until I found a job. Enough to let me focus on classes. There was no name on the check, just "VRI Inc.", and a post office box address for somewhere in the city. No hint of identity or reason for the check or anything. No mention of repayment, interest, nothing...except a single word, on the notes line: "You." Just those three letters.

I really enjoy the story it was different for me I normally listen to werewolves and vampires. how were this was about a sea monster or as they will call themselves The Krakens and the humans on. it wasn't overly weird during the sex scenes. definitely worth your credit not too much drama but enough to put you at the edge.
what I did not like about the book what's the author kept the characters in 3rd person. I felt like I didn't know what time or Century this was happening in. and never gets into it until almost in the middle of the book but even then you still don't know what year. there were still a little bit of holes missing in this book but I would definitely listen to the second one. maybe it would answer more of my questions.

Oliver Steele is supposed to be my knight in shining armor. He's tall, handsome, and as cocky as he is rich. With his good looks and charm, no one's going to suspect a thing. No one's going to believe our engagement is fake. But he's taking this thing way too far. The way he wraps his arm around me like I'm his. The way he kisses me and presses his hard body up against mine. I almost believe that it's real. Almost.

I just felt that the author could have done something. the narrator's did a good job overall I just felt like this book was okay nothing to brag about.

Suzanne Wright is one of my favorite authors. this book was amazing I definitely have to listen to it again since there so many new characters I'm pretty sure she'll follow each character like the rest of her books so I need to make sure I know who has what powers. I really enjoyed how Susan makes her female characters very strong. Sam and Jared have a very funny relationship definitely foreplay and a lot of bickering. I love that Sammy is a strong female sassy attitude hold her own grounds even though she's hurting inside never shows her weak side. definitely a credit to use I can't wait till the next one!! also narrators did an amazing job

I enjoyed the book was it one of my favorites ...no I have pretty much purchase all of Diana's books but I think this was my least favorite. I did enjoy that Robert finally got to found his love of his life. I also enjoyed that Marcus was part of the story in the past and in the future. I like that Bethany capture strong woman warrior and that Robert did not change her too much. and I also like that they Seth in this book. this book was more about a love story then an actual magic and gifted ones tell Bethany had somewhat a gift it wasn't as great as the other books that I have read.

I'm a werewolf King who chose to step down out of grief for my mate. For centuries I've been alone, choosing to live a life of modesty despite the wealth surrounding me. I deserve to be punished. I crave things I have no business craving. And it is manifesting itself in a way I'm terrified I won't be able to control any longer. Especially since she arrived: a vampire orphan - beaten beyond recognition. My blood calls to her in a way that makes no sense. I'm a wolf. She's a vampire. The two don't mate.

I have been waiting for this book I love Mason. all these Immortals stories are so sad secrets betrayals but at the end they find their soulmate. Mason has to build up courage since he knows he has to step up to be the king. a vampire is dropped at their gate she is a key to Mason two lost souls need to find what happened and how it can be resolved. the narrator's did a great job I love how they still stick to the same voices from the first one. and I love that the author can make jokes it's so funny at certain points. I definitely will have to listen to this book again which I have to all of them.

I grew up as a prince...and lead the life of a king. There isn't anyone or anything that doesn't want me, that isn't attracted to me. They can't help it. And I sure as hell don't want them to. I live for their lust, I crave touch like an addiction, I make them beg on their knees for one simple caress. As a male siren, it's my job to feed off emotion. And I was happy to do it. I am happy to do it. What I'm not happy about? Being told I have to mate with some withering human and stay loyal to that one person for the next few centuries.

the story is about Alex and Hope. Alex who needs to find his way and Hope who lost her way. these two characters are made it and they have a long struggle road ahead of them. werewolves and vampires gods and demons, kept me on my toes. this is a book definitely you need to start with the first book. this is the third one and I am so excited and I can't wait until the 4th. the narrator's did an amazing job doing different characters I never once got lost. the author did a great job however on this book I felt there were some spots missing almost as though she wrote the book too fast. the last two books had a little bit more detailed. I'm confident I will replay this book again just because there's a lot of past history arises. overall even though I felt the book was written too fast I will definitely listen to it again so worth a credit.

It wasn't supposed to be like this.... I wasn't supposed to be boyfriendless, homeless, and jobless at 28. And I most definitely wasn't supposed to hit Hollywood's resident bad boy Gabriel Evans with my car and break his foot. Now I'm stuck in his apartment, taking care of him while he's incapacitated. Living with the hottest guy in Hollywood, who I've had a crush on forever, doesn't sound like a chore, right? Wrong. Gabriel Evans is rude and crude and drinks way too much, and as soon as his foot is healed I'm out of here. So why do I keep forgetting to check the classifieds?

I really enjoy the beginning of the book how they bickered back and forth laughed out a few times. but I guess for me toward the middle it was kind of like dragging. I'm not really a mushy girl and I felt like this was kind of moochie book once they confessed their feelings. I thought both narrators that are great job.
