Everybody feared the man with the metal band over his mouth. Stryker was part of an elite group of Cyborgs genetically enhanced with inhuman DNA. He was known as the Creeper, the quiet, the man with half a face. His fate was his own and his freedom hard-earned, having nothing to live for but the hunt and his perfect record. Until he received a distress call that changed his bleak existence.
Yeah I know pretty wishi washy maybe it’s the narrator I love the deep tone of the male but when he tries to do a female voice it puts me off. I feel that something is missing maybe a little slow? Definitely hasn’t stopped me from getting the rest of the series even though I had to get some on kindle
Dommik was a monster, a Monster Hunter, and an alpha. Part of an elite group that dealt with the horrors of the universe. At least that was what everyone at the spaceport was whispering as he walked by. A Cyborg, a hunter, a beast with eyes as dark as the pits of Hell and the stride of a predator. Katalina was a nobody who was intimate with death. It clung to her like a shroud, It followed her like the plague, and infected her like a parasite. When she overheard that the Monster Hunter needed an assistant, she took the job.
I read the last two books in this series 1st then this one wild blood dragged a bit I found the last two too be much better. I still plan on getting the remaining two in the middle and hope more in the series are too come as I will gladly buy them
It's not every day that a beautiful, naked woman falls out of the sky and lands face-first on grizzly shifter Berg Dunn's hotel balcony. Definitely, they don't usually hop up and demand his best gun. Berg gives the lady a grizzly-sized t-shirt and his cell phone, too, just on style points. And then she's gone, taking his XXXL heart with her. By the time he figures out she's a honey-badger shifter, it's too late. Honey badgers are survivors. Brutal, vicious, ill-tempered survivors.
An interesting story which has an array of quirky characters. While they each have their own traits. They are funny instead of over the top.
Given his well-earned bad boy reputation, Eric is having a tough time scoring. When single Jean moves to town, she seems heaven-sent by the sex gods. Only problem is, she not only wants nothing to do with him, but it turns out that she’s pregnant. Starting over in a small town, Jean is determined to turn her wild lifestyle around and be the kind of mother she always wished she’d had. When she goes into labor during a snow storm and her car slides on some ice, it’s Eric who comes to the rescue.
I am so glad I stumbled across this author! I have to admit I like the dive bar series better than the stage dive but they are both fantastic! I wish she’d write more there are a few left who aren’t matched up.
One by one the members of Stage Dive are falling in love. David, Mal, and Jimmy have all taken the plunge, and now it's Ben's turn - only he refuses to fall into that trap. The sexy bassist enjoys his no-strings-attached lifestyle. But when Ben is forced to keep the one girl he's always had a weakness for out of trouble in Sin City, he quickly learns that what happens in Vegas doesn't always stay there.
It was a bit repetitive and angstie in the beginning glad I held out though as it turned into a great story
Ruwen NaNaran knows he's a goner. The curse of his alien species has put a countdown on his life, and he'll be dead before the month is out. Unless he finds his denya, the only woman in the universe who can save him.
Just couldn’t get into it. To slow and seemed on the pendantic side. The narrator didn’t just no umph on the boring side
The last thing Vaughan Hewson expects to find when he returns to his childhood home is a brokenhearted bride in his shower, let alone the drama and chaos that come with her. Lydia Green doesn't know whether to scream or cry in a corner. Discovering the love of your life is having an affair on your wedding day is bad enough. Finding out it's with his best man is another thing altogether.
The main female character has a wonderfully snarky sense of humor! While she does have some body issues she doesn’t endlessly angst over it
Megan "Meggie" Foy has had a tough life. Her home life is nothing as it seems. Meggie discovers her daddy is gone and now there may be no one to save her and her mother. How will she feel when she finds out the man who killed him is the man she's falling in love with? Can Outlaw get past his demons to truly find love with Meggie and peace with the death of Boss Foy? Alliances will be made, loyalties tested, lives will be lost, but will love conquer all in the world of bikers and revenge?
The story is slow enough that I can’t get into it. Plus the narrator is a total downer. Monotonous is the most positive thing I can say about him
Ashton Granger is a perfect wife to her husband. She has to be, if she's not, he will find a way to correct any perceived imperfections. Such is life, and so it has been for a very long time, eroding Ashton's sense of self, cracking her sense of worth until she lies in a million pieces on the side of a stretch of lonely highway.
While this is a cute interesting story. It’s awesome how the main characters work together to solve problems and move there relationship along
This book is rated an omg which is totally misleading. I think it doesn’t even reach sizzling. If it wasn’t for a menage happening I’d put it at a sweet rating.
The narrator doing the mans voice sounds like he is I. His 50 to 60 age range and is doing the awe shucks voice appropriate for a western which is a little disconcerting.
For the icing on the cake the is harp music at the ending of the chapters as it is in a minor key it get on your nerves So overall I don’t believe I will get anymore of this authors books.
When she's selected for a special mission to visit Earth and sample the new plants growing there, Kimi couldn't be more excited. Her excitement falters, however, when she's introduced to the mission's security detail: none other than the cyborg Lee 5. It isn't long, though, before the cramped confines of their spaceship push them closer and closer to each other, so that they can't deny the attraction between them. But will she ever be able to discern his true feelings?
Just slow and boring and going nowhere slow! I just couldn’t stick it out. Don’t try it
