Jack and Lexi never had a typical relationship. After two years without speaking, she receives a phone call that changes everything. He unexpectedly asks her to convince the new girl, Bekah, that he's ready to commit. Jack is calling now after everything they had been through because there is another woman. She can't believe it. Follow Lexi in this heart wrenching drama as she relives her past relationship, or lack thereof, with Jack, and not just in her own mind, but to his fiancée-to-be. Throw in Bekah's hot brother who always seems to be in the right place at the right time, a past with more secrets to unravel than you can even imagine, and you get a recipe for disaster.
I wanted to quit this book so many times just because of the overall stupidity of the character. The entire book is filled with fluff and over-descriptives at every turn. This should have been a 5hr read instead and still not even worth it. It had potential but was a waste of time.
Successful restaurateur Lucien Black’s blue-green eyes and unattainable attitude drive women wild. But his abandonment issues and criminal past have left him emotionally closed off. When a familiar face shows up for a job interview at his nightclub, the ache he has tried to forget tears at his heart—it’s the girl who once healed him...and then abandoned him.
The story was very hard to follow. At times I couldn't even tell who was speaking. I enjoyed the plot twisting but the repetitiveness was a bit annoying. It felt like I was playing an endless game of clue while reading this book. Would not recommend this book.
One night was all it took...one night to ruin everything I thought I knew. From the outside, I had the perfect lifestyle. Wealthy fiancé, blossoming career, amazing friends. I wasn't looking to get married yet, but when William-"Manhattan's royalty"-charmed his way into my life, I couldn't deny the security and comfort that overcame me. To society, I was the girl only after his money. I was the party-goer who managed to seduce a man twice my age to have the lifestyle some could only dream of.
Good story but the narrator was awful. It was a struggle to finish listening to this book.
She's a poor girl from Hamtramck. He's a billionaire bad boy from Detroit. They should've never crossed paths. But when they do, thanks to Chloe's latest housesitting gig, the collision of sparks, secrets, and misunderstandings leaves both of them yearning to belong exactly where they shouldn't - with each other.
I loved every minute of this book. A true romance with added suspense yet truly captivating.
Twenty years ago America Singer entered the Selection and won Prince Maxon's heart. Now the time has come for Princess Eadlyn to hold a Selection of her own. Eadlyn doesn't expect her Selection to be anything like her parents' fairy-tale love story...but as the competition begins, she may discover that finding her own happily ever after isn't as impossible as she's always thought.
The first 3 books were my all time favorite story I've ever read. I was elated when I found out Kiera Cass was releasing another book. I have never waited on a book to be released and after waiting almost a year to read this book in 1 day, I must say that this is the least interesting book I have ever read in my life! The story line was overly disappointing. I guess the saying is true that no series should go past 3 books. I'm still a fan of Kiera for creating the amazing story we all fell in love with so deeply but unfortunately I would not recommend this book to anyone!

At 28, Luke Maxwell is the hottest eligible bachelor in America and the billionaire CEO of Maxwell Computers. When Brina Kingston is hired by Luke's competitor as a corporate spy, Brina successfully works her way into a position in Luke's office and his bed. But she soon finds herself risking the most important assignment of her career and, possibly, the greatest love of her life.
The story dragged a bit and was very unrealistic. Although the narrators were great, I probably wouldn't recommend the read.
James and Bianca's story draws to a close in the explosive conclusion to the Up In The Air Trilogy. After a short but earnest courtship, Bianca can no longer deny her feelings for James, and though she's tried her hardest, she can't help but see that he cares deeply for her, as well. In a completely uncharacteristic move, she has put aside her misgivings and agreed to live with the enigmatic billionaire. Is her leap of faith the beginning of something wonderful, or is it too much, too fast?
I absolutely adored this whole series but this last book brought it to a close with an epic bang! I have read ALOT of the similar books in this category and the writing style and specific details given through every interaction in this series had my imagination soaring and reaching new heights.
The one awful thing about the writing is the over used statement "I gasped". It was so bad that it stuck out like a soar thumb every time it was said and I literally cringed when hearing it. It almost made me stop after the first book but thankfully the amazing depths of the story out shined the terrible clashing of the over used statement.
All in all, I would recommend this book to all who love a great, difficult, romance. It is well worth every penny spent on this book.
