great ending to Nicola's story, this is what happened after the 1st book. narration was great. it was a good love with danger love story.
They say Paris is always a good idea.... You know what I say? Paris would be a much better idea if I spoke the dang language. I can't even board the metro to visit the Louvre without ending up at the Moulin Rouge, and let's not even mention how I'll ever make it through a day at my new office. Fortunately my company hooks me up with my own personal translator. Ooh la la. Or should I say bloody hell? Because he's charming, witty, and British, and he brings the city to life for me.
fun love story set in Paris. american girl goes to Paris and finds romance. great love story, Narrators did a great job.
In this modern-retelling of "Beauty and the Beast", Savannah Carmichael, betrayed by an unreliable source, returns to her hometown of Danvers, Virginia, with her once-promising journalism career in ruins. Given the opportunity to get back in the game by writing a patriotic human interest piece, Savannah turns her attention to the town hermit, Asher Lee, a wounded veteran who returned to Danvers eight years ago, and hasn't been seen since.
once upon a time love story. worth a credit. narrator did a great job with voices of the story.
Lucy Lang isn't looking for fireworks. She's looking for a nice, decent man. Someone who'll mow the lawn, flip chicken on the barbecue, teach their future children to play soccer. But most important: someone who won't inspire the slightest stirring in her heart - or anywhere else. A young widow, Lucy can't risk that kind of loss again. But sharing her life with a cat named Fat Mikey and the Black Widows at the family bakery isn't enough either.
this book was a tear jerker, but it was about a great love that was given a second chance. it took the whole book to pull the whole story togather. good job KH. But i was Satisfied with the HEA. recommend the listen to fellow romance package followers.

In this debut to an exciting new series, Lilah Young has lived in Sunshine, Idaho, all her life, while pilot-for-hire Brady Miller is just passing through. But he soon has Lilah abandoning her instincts and giving in to a primal desire. Contains mature themes.

I met Sarah Kate Erickson when I was 21 years old. I was lucky enough to keep her for seven years before a tragic accident stole her from me. She didn't die, but sometimes I think it would have been easier if she had. I lived in a haze for those four years after the accident. Catering to her every need, even though she hated the very sight of my face. I tried to hold on to her and the future that we were supposed to build together. But you can't hold on to someone that doesn't exist anymore.
A story of love and loss, character growth, and letting go and taking another chance. Emotional roller coaster, but the ride turns out to be alright.
i have never read one of Aly Martinez books before, but i think I would enjoy visiting a few more. Recommend this book to those that are pulled in by tragedy, but can wait till the end for the HEA. Narration was great also.
What happens in Fiji stays in Fiji. Except when it doesn't. Emma Martens and Nic Wilkinson have no history together except one perfect week. Nothing in common anymore except the most important thing of all. Getting together again would be messy. Complicated. Scary. And, just maybe, worth every risk....
these stories seemed to be developed better then the first set. I really enjoyed each book, and recommend others to this series.
just for fun, just my luck and just not mine.
