Wish you had time to exercise? Turned off by the "meat market" scene at most gyms? Or are you simply unsure about how to get started with a daily workout? The good news is that you don't have to follow extreme exercise programs like Insanity and P90X or spend every free moment in the gym to experience the health benefits exercise has to offer. All you need to do is make a simple goal to exercise every day in a way that fits your already busy schedule.
If you could sum up Exercise Every Day in three words, what would they be?
The book is easy to comprehend, helpful, and entertained. The book does not open anything new for me. The tactics are classical rather than innovative. The most I got from this book is author's convincing way to explain simple things.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Exercise Every Day?
What about Greg Zarcone’s performance did you like?
What’s an idea from the book that you will remember?
There is only one person on the Earth who can help me. And this person is me.

On the Go programs, long popular in audiocassette format, are now available for download. This updated program emphasizes French speaking and listening comprehension on a fundamental level, which makes it an ideal self-teaching tool for learning in a car, international travelers, as well as good supplementary material in school language labs.
Would you listen to French on the Go again? Why?
It is easy to remember and repeat phrases and words from the book. It is fun and interesting.

Many people find it hard to lose weight simply because they overeat. If this applies to you, or if you would like to simply eat less for other health reasons, then this self-hypnosis audio will help you to break the habit of overeating, take back control and establish a pattern of eating healthy foods only when you are truly hungry.
What made the experience of listening to Stop Overeating the most enjoyable?
I like the Idea of this book but do not work 100% for me. I listen it several times and lost interest. I think it is very personal, so if you find the subject interesting for you I suggest to try.

Oral sensations, digital delights, tricks with toys, and the old bump and grind are all featured, along with many more imaginative ways to bring a lover to climax. By taking the reins, one woman finds pleasure on top; an experimental lover discovers ecstasy with a remote-controlled vibrator; body and soul merge in multiple orgasms through tantric sex. Orgasmic covers it all, from the familiar to the uncharted, opening up a Pandora's Box of scenarios and techniques to bring listeners to new heights of pleasure.
Would you consider the audio edition of Orgasmic: Erotica for Women to be better than the print version?
