Kayne Roberts. Kayne Rivers. Kayne Stevens. No matter his name, one fact remains the same. He's the man who enslaved me, ensnared me, claimed me and ruined me.... For all other men that is. My life. My love My happiness. All belong to him. I belong to no one but him. He owns me. And I own him.
You always wonder what happens to a couple after they get their happily ever after. M. Never has given us a little glimpse into the future of Kayne and Ellie. While the novella is full of hot sex, there is an underlying theme of growth, maturity and love. This is the perfect ending to the hot, tumultuous series giving us a window into their married life and their continued friendship with London and Jett. Along with a few new characters that will steal your heart, you will sure not want to miss this.
The narration finishes out with the talents of Muffy Newtown and Sam Crowley. The perfect casting for this series, Muffy is the voice of this epilogue, giving us that real feeling of knowing Ellie. And who better to give the final word, but the dom voice of Sam as Kayne. Incredible performances.
Fashion designer Jenna Hart's wedding turns into a media circus when her wedding planner signs her up for a reality show. Each week, the producers challenge her to keep her wedding on track while performing an unpleasant task or working with difficult people. When the show digs too deep into Larry Davison's past, he has second thoughts about both the wedding and Jenna's celebrity lifestyle. Will their ring bearer, Harley the basset hound, bring Jenna and Larry together to tie the knot in the season finale?
I love this book, it pulls together so many of the characters of this series into a crazy, love filled, suspenseful, back stabbing, misunderstanding filled story! Jenna and Larry are getting married! But this is no normal wedding. It's part of a reality TV show with dares attached to it. Larry is a private man and since his accident, lacks a lot of confidence. To keep things happy, he agrees to go along with whatever Jenna would like to do, whether it pleases him or not. Jenna loves being in the limelight, but with this show begins to realize her relationship is one sided. The antics these two go through is at times funny and others hurtful. A lot happens with sabotage and people from the past coming into the scene all wreaking havoc on the happy couple. Is their love strong enough to withstand all the pressure and craziness? I love Rachelle Ayala's stories, they always bring a message to the forefront. Communication and honesty is so important, and through an exercise like this show, it is evident how hard it can be! Having the Hart family around and seeing the progression of their stories as well we getting to know Grady a little better is a plus, but in the end, Harley for me steals the show! That dog is just amazing! Looking forward to Grady next!
Jennifer Groberg is the voice of the Harts. She infuses the fun and antagonism between the siblings and voices the love between Larry and Jenna. She is a delight to listen to.

Grayson Ford and Emma Kinglsey - close since they were kids, opposites in every way. He's the stuff high school crushes are made of, Mister Popular, and captain of every team. She's artsy, cute, and not in his league, though fully aware of Summerland's "I Dream of Dating Grayson Ford" support group. He hides a life of hell. His father hates him, his mother's gone. Emma is his only savior, yet she doesn't know her power over him. She's the only girl he wants, the only one he could ever tell - though he won't.
What a great start to this series. This novella gives us the history of Grayson and Emma. Knowing each other since they were 6, Emma thinks she knows Grayson well, but like all relationships, there are secrets. With senior year coming to a close, the two act on their love. But will life allow them to stay together? With a short like this, normally the characters are undeveloped and the story feels rushed. Harber has overcome this, pulling me into the lives of these two and wanting more. She has included a cast of supporting characters to give the story body and the feeling of good friends and family, yet leaves the story open with an ending making you grab book two to find out what happens next. Narrated by Xe Sands and Jeffrey Kafer the story has the emotions set to feel the high of first love and the pain of rejection. Can't wait to keep going with the next book.
Julie Barton is in serious trouble. She recently discovered that her husband is a cheater. If that isn't bad enough, she also learned that the man she thought she knew and loved is deeply involved in illegal activities. When she walked out, determined to start over, she had no idea just how far the man who had vowed to love and to cherish her would go to make her sorry until she found him murdered - in her bed. Now, the only person who believes her story is, unfortunately for Julie, the one man with the most to gain from the murder.
Debra Webb comes through with a suspenseful story with a hint of romance. Julie is the estranged spouse of wealthy Austin Barton. Blake is a detective gone rogue looking for his brother's killer. Circumstances bring these two together in a plot of murder and greed. When Austin ends up dead in Julie's bed, the only person who can help prove her innocence is Blake. Will these two be able to find the murderer? Will Blake get the closure he needs? And will their love stand the investigation? Webb's short is a fun listen, though at time predictable. Narrated by Terrence McGovern, thrilling suspense and intrigue take us through their tumultuous story.
Lucia Vega is on a winning streak. Her book has taken the country by storm, and now it's being made into a movie. After years of chasing it, she can finally taste freedom. Reece Carras is one of the most powerful men in Hollywood. Handsome, rich, and generous, he's everything girls like her aren't supposed to dream of. But dream she does. And in his strong arms, she finds a freedom she never even knew existed.
Dylan Allen is a new author to me, and this book ensures that she will be on my one click from now on. The story line is original, and is one many would not take on. Lucia Vega is an author who has a best seller out. Being sought after for the screenplay rights, she is approached by Reece Carras and agrees to have her book brought to the big screen. The attraction is immediate, but can they act on it? Allen writes this story with raw honesty and emotion of a couple that faces so many obstacles, it's hard to know if they will be able to find their happiness. The two come from different backgrounds and it seems that no answer will help resolve their problems. Lucia is written with strength and passion, and will do anything to keep her story true. Reece is unwavering in his support, and knows himself and what he wants. The story flows with controversy, heartbreak, impossible decisions and an unbreakable love like no other.
A story like this needs a team of narrators that will make you feel. Lacy Laurel and Sean Crisden do just that. From the minute the book starts, every emotion is invoked and carries through the very end. Each of their performances is genuine and passionate, just what this novel needs, a wonderful narration.

Rashid Sharif has never apologized for his wild lifestyle, but after one scandal too many, his family is fed up with his ways. He’ll agree to his brother’s outrageous demand that he marry, but it won’t be to some wallflower as his conservative family would prefer. If he’s going through with this farce, there’s only one woman he’ll take as his wife - his sister-in-law’s American friend Mila. She’s a rebellious little thing, with fiery passion simmering beneath her icy exterior. Although Mila’s never been more than coldly polite to him, Rashid will do what it takes to win her over.
Each story Leslie North writes has it's own personality, and I love that about her books. I know going in, it will be a pleasure to listen to. Sheikh Rashid is a rebel, and when he is told he has to get married, he chooses a woman that he knows will make everyone angry, his sister-in-law's best friend Mila. Mila is a force to be reckoned with, and she won't stand down to anyone. Will he be able to tame he spirit? Will he want to? What each does not expect is the attraction that is between them. With beautiful visuals of Dubai, a snooty family and a lot of spunk, this story is full of fun and surprises. Give a few cameos from Liyah and Asad, this book weaves together with book one, but can be listened to as a stand alone and will give you the warm feeling of how love can grow.
Performing accents is not an easy task, and Erin Coker nails each one, both with male and female voices. She also gives Mila spunkiness with a touch of vulnerability. She gives a wonderful performance.

Ash: I still don't know how it happened. One minute, I was arguing with my arrogant competitor - our usual trash-talk over who deserves the larger commission. But somehow, I went from throwing down to kneeling down.... It can never happen again. I don't even like him. He's too slick. He's a manipulating, mansplaining party boy in preppy clothes. So why can't I get him out of my head? Sebastian: Ash is my missing my piece. She's the sweet cream to my gourmet espresso. And nothing gets me going faster than her contempt for me.
If you need to uplift your spirits, this book is the one to listen to. Bowen and Eby have done it again, with book 2 in the Man Hands series. This story features Braht and Ash. The banter of their love/hate relationship is hysterical and their passion for each other endearing. With pranks in the office and a professional competitiveness, these two are destined to ruin each other. But their strong feel of attraction keeps their spark alive. Braht is such a fun character, from the desk play at work to the answering of the phone, it's hard not to laugh. His protective side is strong and you can feel the love he has for Ash from the very start. Ash is extremely self sufficient and independent, so it's hard for her to let Braht in. A few twists with a little suspense thrown in and this book is nothing short of amazing.
Narrated by the talents of Erin Mallon and Luke Daniels, it is 7 hours of complete entertainment. The two have incredible comedic timing giving us laugh out loud moments. A few hysterically funny accent scenes by Daniels showcases his dkills and both portray the couple with intense passion and emotion. Loved this story!
I've always been the shy, quiet one. My best friend, the fun-loving, outgoing one. When she's gone, taken away entirely way too soon, I have to learn how to live. And not just for me, but for her too. I have to live for the both of us. That means doing things I'd never do, stepping out of the shadows to join the rest of the world - taking chances, falling in love, and getting into a little trouble along the way.
A bucket list, of all the things that take you out of your comfort zone. This is what Jovi has from her best friend Katie. Upon Katie's untimely death, Jovi decides to complete the bucket list, and the first thing, kiss a stranger. Little did she know the stranger she chooses will change her life. Jovi decides to complete the list and fulfill Katie's dream vacation, and River, the kissed stranger, is going to accompany her. K.B. Andrews drew me in from the start, the hurt of losing a friend is devastating and the idea of completing the list intrigued me. River comes along and this unlikely pair has a journey of healing, friendship and passion. It's a coming out of sorts, finding their true selves. With a few twists and a truly beautiful relationship, this was a wonderful story.
Sarah Puckett is amazing at the narration, bringing incredible emotion in as she reads. The story dictates a lot of uncomfortable situations as Jovi's list is completed, and each time you can feel the hesitancy right through to the exhilaration of the accomplishment. She brings a great pace and wonderful voices to each character. A pleasure to listen to.
Della Stout can hardly believe it when her father tells her he's lost it all - the money, the house, the servants, their entire fortune. But things only get worse when they inform her she's to be sent west, as a mail order bride. When she meets her husband to be, she's less than impressed - by him and the dusty little town he lives in.
Cowboy and Debutantes, are they compatible? Well, Della Stout, a debutante from New York is about to find out. When her family is facing hardship, her father sends the girls out to be married. Della is off to Montana to meet her groom. When she arrives in the small town of Livingston, she knows her life is about to change. Clem has sent for a wife who can take care of the home and be the mother of his children. He had no idea Della was not taught these skills. With patience and kindness, can he wait for Della to find her way? This story by Vivi Holt had be from the very beginning. Della is a wonderful character, I loved the spoiled, little rich girl finding her way in a new life. With new friends, a wonderful new husband and a new lease on life, this romance will surely warm your heart.
Meghan Kelly can narrate all genres, but I especially love when she reads historical, western romances. Her voices are perfect for the sound of the times and the many different characters are always distinguishable. She makes listening a pleasure.
