Amazing and informative
I have been eating 80% paleo for a long time, but found this new book to be very interesting. I could not put it down. I just finished my 30 day paleo eating and am getting ready to do the 7 day carb test and cannot wait to get the results! Very informative book on many differed levels. Loved the ketosis chapter too. As usual, Robb Wolf is on top of the latest research.
