"Resonance" is supposed to be a dream - that's when your soulmate is chosen for you. And everyone on the ice planet has hooked up with a big, hunky soulmate of their own...except me. So do I want a mate? Heck, yeah. More than anything, all I've ever wanted is to be loved by someone.

These blue aliens just do it for me. Book 6 is Haeden and Josie’s book. Josie starts out with a serious chip on her shoulder towards Haeden but you can’t fight the cootie!! Eventually you have to give in.

This book is full of alpha sweetness. Haeden is not like the other aliens. He is a little less confident in his romancing abilities. He didn’t just take his woman, he let her come to him. While this was a very frustrating dynamic... it did shake things up a bit.

Hollie Jackson and Mason Lloyd are perfect for these books. Usually I would appreciate different voices for each series but in this case, no. I love them for these books and I am so glad they narrate each book.

I'll say this about Christian - he made one hell of a first impression. When I first saw the strapping man, he was doing handstands naked on a dock along the canal. His crown jewels were far more entertaining than anything else I'd seen on the boat tour, so I did what any curious woman would do - I took his photo.

Naked handstands, hysterical coincidences, a faux marriage and multi million dollar business. What could possibly go wrong?

Christian was a character that will never be forgotten, traipsing here and there, retired in his twenties and enjoying all that life has to offer. Elise is not quite so easy going, although she isn’t opposed to spur of the moment gestures... they never quite go as planned for her.

Although it appears from the moment they meet, that Christian is the one breathing life back into Elise... nothing could be further from the truth. Christian had no idea what he was missing by being tied down to the woman of his dreams.

This book was hilarious and so well put together. Original, most definitely and romantic in a way that left me breathless.

Then you add in the audio and I could just die. Shane East and that accent could carry the book alone but he didn’t have to because Grace Grant was right along with him. Although her English accent was... ehhhhhhh. It was ok. No matter. No matter at all because SHANE EAST. I’m telling you. Amazing.

Top with love.

This novella packs a serious romance punch. I wanted to read it three times over again, just to get the warmth in my chest that Kim Loraine filled me with.

Can’t wait to read more of the books in this series, so fun and sexy and full of love.

Zachary & Kylie we’re the perfect choices for this book. Zach with his confidence and smooth voice and Kylie with her slight awkwardness and unease. Perfection.

Book 1 was so good. So juicy and full of so much story.

I really am just let down by book 2. There was very little by way of meat, most of the book was incidental fluff. And when I was finally looking forward to hearing what would be happening, the book skipped forward, “5 months later”... just so frustrating. I very rarely give a bad review and especially when it is content based as I hate to judge what someone writes, but I felt like this not a similar book to book 1, both in content and style.

The only thing I am not disappointed in is the performance. Poppy Jay Fox gives a great narrative and made the story easier to digest.

My Torin represents everything that K Webster is as an author, in my eyes. A well researched story that starts somewhere and by the end you never would imagine that this is the place you would be. No matter is the story is dark, light, funny, romance, psychological... it’s always the same and it’s always good.

My Torin just so happens to be the best of the best. The layers that are built made my chest expand in overwhelming emotion. I experienced every emotion possible, fear and sadness and elation and anxiety... it all came together for a book that is soooo worth listening to.

Ryan Gray and Lillian Claire were perfect choices. Lillian was able to play a naive and sad girl all the way to the strong and knowing woman. Ryan Gray was the perfect Torin and Tyler. Both were able to portray opposite sex characters without me slipping from the story either. Perfection!

This audio is so much more. More than I anticipated, more than the cover led on, more than the blurb even led on. Just so much more. I loved it.

The characters were beautifully flawed and it left me wanting to see them succeed so desperately. The storyline was something so unique that I couldn’t even begin to guess what was going to be happening next. For someone who reads as much as I do, it’s so fun to find a book that can completely blow you away and is something you haven’t heard or read before.

The narration was fantastic. Stephanie Wyles is a new name to me, I believe, and she was amazing. Perfect for this insecure yet strong character. Rock Engle isn’t a new narrator for me and I love his narration. Although I don’t associate his voice with a super hot guy when I initially start listening, I’m lost to his acting abilities very quickly because he is so talented.

I really feel like this is a good start to a series. There was a lot of chemistry between Levi and Harper. Add in the action and romance and it really did check a lot of my mental boxes. The only problems that I found where the unsatisfaction I felt when the main plot line that had been building and building wasn’t resolved. It was left hanging and I didn’t appreciate that. Maybe it will keep going on through the books but I felt like that should have been more clear. Like if there had been a cliffhanger with just that one plot point with Gavin... that would have made it obvious it would be carrying on and the whole book would have changed for me.

Otherwise, it was great. Maxine Mitchell and Joe Arden are complete professionals and make the story so amazing and come to life. Love them both.

I am trying to remove myself from the cliffhanger because I just hate them so much, especially ones that are so epic the reader can’t move on with their life. I don’t think it’s nice to the reader, but that is my opinion not a judgment on the book.

So walking away from how salty I am over that, this book was magnificent. It was a landscape painting full of vivid colors and characters that were expertly drawn up into the readers minds.

The slowest of burns, I wanted to blow on the fire and have it spread a little faster but by the end, I was grateful that I was patient and glad that the fire was still at a manageable level because now we have a month to wait for book 2 and I couldn’t take it if the fire was raging and then we had to wait.

Slightly taboo, but only for those that don’t know or read taboo. If you do, then it won’t be any skin off your back.

Hayden Bishop is one of my favorite for this age group of characters. She is just perfect. She has that tone. Will Watt was amazing too. I must say that this was a complete waste of his accent as he spoke in an American accent but it was ok because I loved it and I love him.

This short and sweet book was filled with heart warming moments as well as some bed ruffling moments. Taking place within the world of a law firm, it was business exciting and I was really, truly impressed.

Mostly through the female POV, you only hear Lucky’s voice until the epilogue when you get the male’s POV and get Benjamin’s voice. Both performed amazingly.
